Shipping Policy
Bongs Canada (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.bongs.ca) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below, which are provided to ensure mutual protection and set clear expectations regarding our service.

1. General

  • Subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be occasional discrepancies. If we cannot fulfill all items in your order, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the backordered item to see if you'd prefer to await restocking or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the order items. This amount will be collected with the purchase and reflects the final price for shipping.

3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

  • Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds are processed as store credit (excluding shipping costs).

3.2 Warranty Returns

  • Valid warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which we will reimburse upon a successful claim. After receipt of the returned items, Bongs Canada will process your claim within 7 days. You can choose a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement (if available).

3.3 Restocking

  • A $30 restocking and return fee applies if your order is shipped and subsequently returned to us. If you request a refund, this restocking fee will be deducted.

4. Delivery Times
4.1 Transit Time Domestically

  • Domestic shipments typically transit for 2–7 days.

4.2 Dispatch Time

  • Orders usually dispatch within 2 business days after payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, except on national holidays.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address

  • You may request a change of delivery address anytime before dispatch.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

  • We ship to P.O. boxes via postal services only.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

  • Shipping to military addresses is available via USPS only.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

  • Out-of-stock items will be canceled and refunded, with the remaining order dispatched.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If delivery exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for assistance.

5. Tracking Notifications

  • Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

  • If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it and contact us. If already delivered, contact customer service for next steps. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Import Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties/taxes for international shipments may be payable on arrival and vary by country. If you refuse to pay, the goods will be returned at your expense, and we will refund the goods' value minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping is non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If an order has been dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

  • Parcels are insured for loss/damage up to the courier-stated value.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit

  • Refunds/replacements are processed after the courier’s claim investigation is complete.

10. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that shipping information is accurate. Bongs Canada is not liable for packages returned due to incorrect shipping details. If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for any associated fees.
