Absolutely loved the bong, looks absolutely Gorgeous, my older brother is insanely jealous and has asked to use it multiple times. Only thing is even with the package protection, the down-stem came with a crack. Its not that serious, just a hairline crack down the top, but i expected no accidents due to my purchase of package protection. It would be great if you could send a new down-stem thank you.
